North Riverside Park Mall caters to a trade area of 1,216,391 residents within 5-miles of the center, including Chicago, Oak Park, Berwyn, Bellwood, Forest Park and Cicero. The North Riverside tenant roster includes staple stores such as Carsons, Gap, Sears, Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker, Aeropostale, Express and more than 140 other specialty retailers.

The mall’s marketing director was looking to cut costs and cater to the Latino population that patronized the mall. We were able to cut annual advertising expenses by 30% while increasing marketing distribution and incorporating multi-cultural translations.
